Holt Pet Waste Solutions – Terms of Service
Service Overview
Holt Pet Waste Solutions provides professional pet waste removal services on a recurring or one-time basis. All pet waste is collected, bagged, and removed from the property for proper off-site disposal.
Scheduling & Service Windows
Service days are scheduled based on route efficiency and may vary week-to-week.
Clients will receive a same-day notification with an estimated arrival window.
Weather Policy
Rain: Service continues during light to moderate rain. Service may be postponed during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe working conditions.
Snow & Ice: Service continues when snow is present and conditions are safe.
Service will be postponed if:
Local or state authorities issue travel restrictions or snow emergency declarations
Road conditions are deemed unsafe for travel
Missed visits due to severe weather will be rescheduled or adjusted within the billing cycle when possible.
High Grass:
For effective service, grass must be maintained at a reasonable height (generally under ~6-8 inches). If it exceeds that, service is considered not performable to standard and the visit will be skipped. Skipped visits due to high grass remain on the regular schedule and may still be billed, as time and route space were reserved. If service is requested after the grass is cut but before the next scheduled visit, it will be treated as a one-time service for an additional fee. Repeat occurrences may result in additional fees or adjustments to service.

Yard Accessibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Gates are unlocked and accessible
All pets are secured (unless otherwise approved)
Yard is free of obstructions that prevent safe access
If service cannot be completed due to inaccessibility, the visit may be skipped and charges may still apply.
Pet Safety
For safety, dogs must be secured unless prior approval is given.
Service may be skipped or discontinued if a pet is deemed aggressive or unsafe.
Billing & Payments
Services are billed in 4-week cycles in advance.
Pricing is based on service frequency, number of dogs, yard size, and location.
Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or cash.
Payment is due at the start of each service cycle.
Missed Visit / No Access Policy
If service cannot be completed due to:
Locked gates
Unsecured pets
Unsafe conditions on the property
The visit will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
Initial Cleanup Policy
An initial cleanup fee may be applied at the first visit if the yard condition requires additional time beyond a standard service visit.
This fee is applied at the discretion of Holt Pet Waste Solutions.
The fee will not exceed $40.
Clients will be informed if an initial cleanup fee is necessary.
If excessive accumulation is present, service may require additional time or multiple visits to bring the yard to a maintainable condition.
Service Frequency & Accumulation
Regular service prevents buildup. If service is skipped or paused, additional charges may apply due to increased accumulation.
Cancellations & Service Changes
Clients may request to cancel or pause service with advance notice.
No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles once service has begun.
Property & Liability
Holt Pet Waste Solutions is not responsible for:
Damage to lawns caused by normal foot traffic
Pre-existing yard conditions
Hidden hazards (holes, debris, sharp objects, etc.)
Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for service.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make it right when reasonable.
Communication
Clients agree to receive service-related communication via text and/or email, including scheduling updates and billing reminders.
